At Paragon, our clinic-based ABA program provides a structured, preschool-like environment where children can develop essential skills in a supportive, naturalistic setting. Our collaborative approach ensures that a dedicated team of professionals works together to deliver individualized, high-quality care tailored to each child’s specific needs and goals.
Behavior Technicians play a key role in providing direct therapy, using evidence-based ABA techniques such as discrete trial training and incidental learning to promote skill development and independence. Working closely with the broader clinical team, Behavior Technicians ensure interventions are implemented effectively, with progress continuously tracked through detailed data collection and analysis. This collaborative feedback process allows for timely adjustments to ensure each child’s success.
The Early Intervention Specialist leads the clinical team by developing and overseeing each child’s Individualized Treatment Plan. They conduct assessments, analyze progress data, and provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians. The Early Intervention Specialist ensures that all clinical services are delivered with integrity and aligned with best practices, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that supports both staff development and positive outcomes for the children.
The Behavioral Group and Family Support Specialist bridges the gap between clinic-based services and the home environment. They facilitate group activities that promote social interaction and offer caregiver training to help families generalize the skills their child learns in the clinic to everyday settings. Their role is crucial in ensuring consistency across environments, empowering parents with the tools and knowledge they need to support their child’s development effectively.
The Director of Early Intervention ABA Services oversees the entire program, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly and that services consistently meet the highest quality standards. The Director works in close collaboration with the entire clinical team to ensure each child receives comprehensive care, from intake assessments through treatment implementation. Additionally, the Director engages with external service providers, such as schools and other care professionals, to support holistic and well-rounded development for each child.
Through this collaborative, team-based approach, Paragon’s clinic-based ABA services are designed to foster independence, social skills, and successful transitions into community settings. By working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals, we ensure that each child receives exceptional care and support every step of the way.

These specialists develop individualized plans, deliver evidence-based techniques, and monitor the progress of both the client and the caregiver. They work collaboratively with broader clinical teams and receive continuous support from senior leadership to ensure their interventions are effective and that families are equipped with the tools they need for success. Weekly meetings with senior leadership provide opportunities to discuss case complexities, clinical guidance, and professional development, ensuring that the specialists have the resources and support they need to thrive in their roles.
Therapeutic Consultation Specialists provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans (BSPs) to address challenging behaviors. They work closely with caregivers and other service providers to ensure the successful implementation of these plans in both home and community settings. By collaborating with the Director during weekly clinical support meetings, Therapeutic Consultation Specialists receive continuous feedback, ensuring their interventions are effective and aligned with best practices. Monthly meetings further provide insights into strategic planning, quality assurance, and staff development, ensuring the long-term success of their work and the organization.

They also benefit from ongoing mentorship and clinical forums, helping them grow professionally.
