3-Tiered In-home ABA Therapy Model

Each team is expertly led by a Director (BCBA) and a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA or BCaBA), with additional support from a Student Analyst. Our tight-knit teams typically include six full-time Behavior Technicians, and every week, we come together in person for a team meeting at the office to enhance our collaboration and identify needs. From the very beginning, we provide our New Hires with specialized training on promoting self-care while working in the field. To further support mental wellness, we offer various resources across our organization. Our on-staff Licensed Professional Counselor is available to provide immediate counseling support and help finding resources to address any personal or work-related challenges. Additionally, we provide Mindfulness Training to promote a balanced and present mindset, allowing our team members to navigate their roles with clarity and resilience.

Counseling Services
Paragon also recognizes the importance of access to counseling services, and therefore offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that provides additional counseling support as needed. Yearly Merit-Based Raises

Every year, all staff are eligible for performance-based raises determined by quantifiable goals outlined in their reviews. In addition to earning merit-based raises, they can receive additional paid time off based on their tenure. This includes:

Behavior Technicians, Peer Mentors, Lead Behavior Technicians, and Specialty Behavior Technicians, ABA Students and Student Analysts

    • Up to $1,200
    • OR up 12 extra hours of bonus time off per year.

Licensed Full-time Staff With Caseloads

    • Unlimited cash bonuses for exceeding minimum bi-weekly hourly suggestions (within prescriptions).
    • Up to 40 hours of bonus time off per year.
