Comprehensive Training: At Paragon, we invest in the professional growth of our staff through comprehensive on-site training led by experienced BCBAs and BCaBAs. Our training programs are designed to be data-driven and prioritize the acquisition of essential skills. We use Behavior Skills Training (BST) methods to effectively teach our staff.

• We understand the importance of a solid foundation, which is why our behavior technicians undergo two weeks of initial hands-on training before they begin working with clients.
• Our BCBAs and BCaBAs receive even more extensive training to enhance their expertise in the field.
• Additionally, training is an ongoing process throughout their employment, ensuring that our staff stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy. We believe that continuous learning leads to better outcomes for our clients and fosters professional growth among our staff.

At Paragon, we have a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) on staff who works alongside our BCBAs and BCaBAs to support our clients and their families. We understand that mental health concerns can affect a family’s ability to effectively implement ABA programming.
