Alongside this, we aim to give families and professionals the necessary tools to help individuals who are neurodivergent and make our community stronger.

- We are also dedicated to advancing education and awareness of autism and diagnoses. We conduct training sessions for schools, related service providers, daycares, religious groups, colleges, and more, with the aim of sharing our knowledge and expertise to foster understanding and acceptance in our community.
- We take pride in sponsoring local events that celebrate the accomplishments and talents of individuals with autism. Through these sponsorships, our goal is to cultivate a sense of inclusion and appreciation for the unique abilities of these individuals.

As part of our commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment, all of all staff have the option for full-time employment. Our full-time staff receive flexible paid time off, a full benefits package, and paid holidays. We believe that when are staff are taken care of, they can in turn provide the best possible care to our clients.

At Paragon, we invest in the professional growth of our staff through comprehensive on-site training led by experienced BCBAs and BCaBAs. Our training programs are designed to be data-driven and prioritize the acquisition of essential skills. We use Behavior Skills Training (BST) methods to effectively teach our staff.

- We understand the importance of a solid foundation, which is why our behavior technicians undergo two weeks of initial hands-on training before they begin working with clients.
- Our BCBAs and BCaBAs receive even more extensive training to enhance their expertise in the field.
- Additionally, training is an ongoing process throughout their employment, ensuring that our staff stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy. We believe that continuous learning leads to better outcomes for our clients and fosters professional growth among our staff.
