This BCBA position focuses on direct parent-mediated interventions, offering a unique opportunity to support and empower families in their journey of helping individuals with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA in this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality services to families who are implementing behavioral interventions directly with their children. Your primary responsibilities include managing a caseload of 15-20 clients receiving direct parent-mediated interventions, providing behavior skills training and guidance to caregivers, and ensuring the effective implementation of programming, behavior plans, and strategies.
