As a Behavior Technician / RBT, you will have the chance to develop your clinical skills in ABA while working towards obtaining a BACB credential. Under the supervision of our Leadership Team, you will receive mentorship to help you achieve your career goals. Whether you have prior experience in the field or are new to it, this role allows you to channel your passion for helping others.

This part-time position welcomes new hires and individuals with careers in early childhood who eagerly work with young children in our clinical location, designed to simulate a preschool classroom. As an Early Intervention Behavior Technician / RBT, you can develop your clinical skills in ABA. You will specifically focus on early childhood interventions. Growing Your Passion for the Science and Enhancing Clinical Skills

This position is tailored for students currently enrolled in ABA coursework, offering an exceptional opportunity to apply classroom learning and further develop clinical skills. As an ABA Student, you will actively apply your coursework knowledge during ABA sessions, while focusing on accruing the required restructured hours. Under the supervision of your Leadership Team, you will receive guidance and support, gaining hands-on experience in the field of ABA. This role integrates theory with practice, deepening your understanding of the science and honing your clinical skills, while making tangible progress towards your professional goals.
