Lisa’s educational journey started at Mary Washington College, where she earned her BA in Elementary Education and Anthropology. She began her career as a physical education teacher, inspiring students to embrace movement and stay active.

Driven by her desire to make a difference, Lisa pursued a Master’s degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. She is committed to providing all students, regardless of their abilities, with the necessary support for academic and emotional growth.

Lisa further expanded her expertise by studying Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Tech, acquiring effective strategies to support students with behavioral and developmental challenges.
