Met Ash Ashenbrenner, Clinical Supervisor. Ash Aschenbrenner’s path to Behavior Analysis reflects a wealth of diverse experiences and a deep commitment to teaching and mentorship. From her early years as a martial arts instructor to her service as a paralegal specialist in the Army, Ash’s career has always focused on empowering others and fostering growth. Her introduction to ABA came while working as a mechanic, when a colleague suggested she explore the field. Intrigued by its alignment with her passion for teaching, Ash began as a Behavior Technician and discovered a new way to make a meaningful impact.

Since joining Paragon in 2022, Ash has excelled, growing from a Behavior Technician to a Student Analyst, and now serving as a Clinical Supervisor. Her work is fueled by a deep passion for teaching communication and social skills, where she delights in helping clients build meaningful connections and develop independence through language and behavior.

Ash holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and will soon complete her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her diverse background also includes training in martial arts from the age of 7, teaching until 26, and tutoring students, all of which contributed to her ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.

A Fredericksburg native, Ash finds joy in creative pursuits, including performing alternative, pop, and indie music with her band. She is also a talented acrylic painter, capturing local landscapes, wildlife, and architecture in her art, which has been featured in local shows.

Ash’s ultimate goal is to provide training and mentorship to others advancing in the field of ABA, empowering the next generation of professionals. Her dedication to fostering communication, connection, and professional growth reflects Paragon’s mission to inspire positive change in the lives of individuals and communities.
