Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach for the treatment of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Research indicates that with intensive ABA treatment children on the Autism Spectrum are able to more efficiently learn functional skills. ABA is the science of changing behavior through the manipulation of environmental factors. Through the use of ABA strategies to include discrete trial training, shaping, chaining, positive reinforcement and extinction our staff teaches socialization, communication and self-help skills while reducing undesirable behaviors to include aggression, self-injurious behaviors, tantrums and elopement.
