L. Nicole Jinier, CEO and Owner of Paragon Autism Services, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is licensed as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) by the Board of Medicine. Nicole has been working in the field of ABA and autism since 2005. She has a Masters of Arts in Teaching, with a concentration in Early Childhood Education, as well as a certificate in Autism Education. Nicole has taught courses at the undergraduate level in Child Development and Education and has a wide range of experience working with individuals along the autism spectrum. Nicole has been a Board Member for the Autism Society of Northern Virginia since 2015 and currently serves as President for the organization.
