Paragon Autism Services Currently employees nine full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), eight full-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) and one Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Whitney Sandlin, BCBA and Ruthanne Baxter, BCBA serve as Directors in our Fredericksburg office. Kylie Buongiorne, BCaBA and Kayleigh Rasnick, BCaBA provide clinical leadership and staff training as our Clinical Supervisors in the Fredericksburg office.
Sydni Davis, BCBA and Jen Toufexis, BCBA are in charge of the clinical practice in the Prince William County region. We currently have two teams servicing Prince William County led by our Clinical Supervisors – Alena Abalikhina, BCBA, Richia Ingenito, BCaBA and Avery Kopp, BCaBA.
Tressa Tomei, BCBA is the Director of our Stafford office. Diana Lyons, BCaBA and Dan Bowman, BCaBA serve as Clinical Supervisors in our Stafford location.
Joshua Farrow, BCBA is our Director of ABA Education and Outreach. Tia Hawkins, LPC is our Assessment & Outreach Facilitator.
Emily Jett, BCBA is our Director of Professional Development and oversees the agency’s staff training. Jordann Hawkey, BCaBA serves as our Professional Development Facilitator.
Nicole Jinier, BCBA is one of Paragon’s owners and serves as CEO. Nicole provides clinical oversight for the entire agency.
