The Early Intervention Specialists play a crucial role in providing exceptional clinical oversight and guidance to our dedicated clinic-based ABA Team. You collaborate closely with Behavioral Group and Family Support Specialists to ensure comprehensive services for our clinic-based clients. Your duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including writing and implementing individualized assessment-driven treatment plans, administering assessments, establishing data collection systems, monitoring progress, providing clinical oversight and on-site supervision to Behavior Technicians, engaging in consultations with Behavior Specialists, conducting collaborative treatment planning meetings with parents, caregivers, and collaborating with Training and Development to ensure ongoing competency and training needs are met.
