Empowering Caregivers as Agents of Change

This BCBA position focuses on direct parent-mediated interventions, offering a unique opportunity to support and empower families in their journey of helping individuals with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA in this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality services to families who are implementing behavioral interventions directly with their children. Your primary responsibilities include managing a caseload of 15-20 clients receiving direct parent-mediated interventions, providing behavior skills training and guidance to caregivers, and ensuring the effective implementation of programming, behavior plans, and strategies. Additionally, you will offer parent support services, conduct assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide psychoeducation and training.
